Greetings, and welcome to Mentor Life Coaching, the place to expand your horizons and become the best version of yourself. I can attest that life can be challenging and stressful especially when we are trying to keep up with everyday demands. Life is not easy. that's why I'm here to help you through the tough moments to get you back on track to enjoying life again. I am a Biblical Counselor and Life Coach Graduate with the (AACC) American Association of Christian Counseling. I currently hold certifications in Anxiety, Trauma and Stress, Depression, Addiction and Recovery, and Emotional Abuse. For the last 16 years I have worked with many clients. As their mentor and coach, I had the chance to assist them with Career Advancement, and to maintain Secure Relationships , Spiritual Direction, and to overcome various levels of  Addiction and more. I helped them to create positive life strategies to meet their goals. The satisfaction that came from seeing my clients change the perception of themselves was a great reward over the years. My approach has always been very holistic covering Mind, Body, and Soul allowing them to come along side as we walked together. My pledge as your Life Coach and Mentor is to target areas you may be struggling in and define strategies with positive outcomes, and provide the best possible solutions with respect, honor, and dignity.
